TAX / VAT

CONSUMERS IN EU COUNTRIES:
All prices include VAT 24%. In addition to that, there is no additional tax or customs for shipments between EU countries.

B2B - BUSINESS CUSTOMERS IN EU
EU business customers can purchase without VAT by adding your business VAT number in the checkout. 
The VAT number will be automatically checked by the EU VIES database and the VAT will be reduced from the total cost.

NON - EU COUNTRIES:
There may or may not be tax or customs collected in your country.
Taxes are the  responsibility of the buyer and we cannot give estimates of the amount.



RETURNS

We offer a 90 days return policy to our customers. If for any reason you want to return or change the product you ordered, you can do so. The products must be unused, packaging in original condition.

All products have full international manufacturer warranty.
We are an Authorized Dealer of all products we sell.

We have 2 payment gateways. If you have Visa / Mastercard, you can use which one you prefer.

VISA MASTERCARD (by NETS)
Visa / Mastercard, DEBIT OR CREDIT
You will be transfered to a Visa secure payment server, no credit card information will be passed to the seller.
If you have "Verifired By Visa" or " Mastercard Secure Code" this will be used: the Visa server may ask for addition security steps.

PAYPAL
Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Maestro and other credit card depending on your country.

 KLARNA
For Sweden and Norway, we offer Klarna payment methods: invoice and Klarna account.

 


 

RETURNS - Our returns policy is 90 days

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We sell only new products and we cannot accept used items in return. You may try it on, inspect the package (without damaging it)  but you can not use the product. It must be in the original undamaged packaging. You should preferably send the product back in the original shipment package or a similar sturdy cardboard package. Wrapping the product package simply in paper is will for sure damage the product package and possibly the product in shipment, and we cannot accept damaged packages or products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In some cases we need your bank account details for the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@progear.net.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@progear.net and send your item to: Progear Finland, Rinteenlenkki 14, Sinettä, Finland.

Personalized items
If your product has been laser engraved with your name, or otherwise personlalized, we cannot refund the purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are located in northern Finland (Rovaniemi), just above the arctic circle. The harsh arctic nature is the perfect testing ground for products in extreme use. In winter we have over 1 m snow, down to -40C°, and the sun does not rise above the horizon. In contrast, in summertime we have the midnight sun and a powerful nature - starting at our backyard. Although we are in a remote location, we have excellent transportation connections to anywhere in the world. Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland, is a modern city of 60000 people, we have a university and of course, the (real) Santa Claus.
